Yes, we are professional manufacturers of environmental chambers and testing equipment. Every machine purchased from our factory comes with a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer free maintenance during the warranty period, extended by 2 months to account for sea transportation time.

For standard machines in stock, we can ship immediately. For out-of-stock standard machines, delivery typically takes 15-20 working days after receiving deposit. We can make special arrangements for urgent orders.
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your requirements. We can also apply your logo to the equipment (OEM/ODM service).
Most machines are shipped fully assembled - you only need to connect the power cable to begin operation. We provide English-language operation videos via email with each order. If needed, we can also assist with on-site installation.
